All our dolls are formally inspected before leaving the factory. If your sex doll is defective upon receipt and has not been used in any way, contact us to get the reasonable solution. 

If the defect of the doll is man-made damage, we will not be able to replace or refund you. Sex dolls are not indestructible, so you need to take good care of your dolls during use and movement. Please remember to take an unboxing video when you receive the doll.

After sales services

1: Once you receive your doll, please check it as we mentioned above, and report to us if any problem. All problem reported within 3days, Starpery will undertake the 100% responsibility to repair or replace it until you are satisfied.

2: Due to the different personal using habits, once the doll is used in 3days but less one month,and have problem,we can't make sure the reason, then we still take the half responsibility for it, And the user will take the rest.

3: In 3 months,if any problem reported,we can think it is the user who makes it due to the incorrect using manner, And Starpery only takes a few of responsibility to it depend on the analysis reason from those pictures or videos user provided to us.

4: All problem should be reported with photos, video of our doll, and carton appearance.Tracking number is better with them. 5: Any damage or problem happened because of crude or incorrect operation,we don't take the responsibility, So please read our product instruction carefully, and understand the doll structure to protect your doll from any problem.

6: Any problem should be reported to us or our reseller in first time, we can have a 100% satisfied solution to you, lf any fake photos or news on any Internet medium,we might entrust our reseller or local lawyer to issue the lawsuit at your location.

7: Prohibit to discard the whole doll to the public or garbage can, please contact the local professional recycle company to protect the enviroment.

Order processing will begin within 24 hours after receiving your order, which means your order can only be cancelled within 24 hours of submission.
And once your doll starts production in our factory, it cannot be cancelled unless there is an important reason.
