Shipping &Retruns

We will ship all orders about 3 weeks for TPE doll, and 15~30days for full silicone doll. If you are urgent to it, just tell us, we will do special service for you.

Refunds/Returns

All package should be checked before you receive it, if any damage, you have the right to return. 

If you want to cancel your order and get refund, please contact us in 24hours, otherwise we will charge (500USD for TPE doll, 1000USD for Silicone doll) as production fee+handling fee. 
If you find any problem on dolls since the doll arrived, pls report to us within 3days, we can cover all. This is very important to protect your right and profit. It is necessary to provide us with pictures and videos for the doll problem. 

If without any report exceeded 3days, the doll is defaulted in good condition. Anyway we will still assist you on dolls' questions.



Destination Clearance

Due to our shipping way have some different, Usually Express company like Fedex, UPS can do the clearance, but it might have the duty you might to pay. 

If you want us to deal with all process, just remark it with us, we will choose some special lines, which is a little slower, 3~5days, but we will pay the all, like clearance duty.

Customs Problem

If your package is stuck with Customs for any reason, pls don't worry, we are checking it also. Any tracking number we will follow up it until you receive the goods. 

User manual

We can update the user manual for new functions, so please read our doll user manual detaily to use, and maintain the dolls.  The doll is sensitive same as a real girl. So kindly pls take care of your doll, each movement, gesture on her should be gently and slow.
