Important Notice for Pre-Paid (Tax-Included, DDP) Shipments

For parcels shipped directly from China using pre-paid, tax-included logistics, tracking updates will only appear after the package has cleared customs in the destination country and has been picked up by the final-mile delivery carrier (usually UPS, FedEx or DHL).

Before this stage, the tracking number will only show “label created” and no further updates. We understand that this may cause concern regarding your package status. During this period, we kindly ask for your patience and assure you that we take full responsibility for every order.

This is normal for DDP shipping methods such as shipping by Air/Train/Truck.
